You will enjoy a trip by boat around the Gatun Lake in the middle of the Panama Canal to get in contact with the monkeys in their natural enviroment at the Monkey Islands, admire the huge ships navigating on the Canal and discover the beauty of the tropical rainforest at the Soberania National Park.


We pick you up at the hotel or accommodation in Panama City and take you beside the Canal to see the Miraflores Lake, Pedro Miguel Locks and finally our journey continues by car until the town of Gamboa, in the middle of the Panama Canal.


There, at the edge of the Chagres river, a trip by boat to the Gatun Lake begins, the biggest and most important lake in the Panama Canal, where we will share space with large ships during their traffic in the Panama Canal.

You will arrive to a group of islands full of nature!

Monkey Island

Together we will try to find 3 species of monkeys living on those islands.

There are several especies of animals living in this area and we will try to spot the most we can including turtles, crocodiles and sloths.

After this adventure we will go back to the car and stop at a trail where we will hike to admire the local rainforest.

Finally enjoy the forest landscapes and the Panama Canal in our way back to the hotel.
